Brave Baby Ladybird

It was Sunday. Baby ladybird woke up very early. After all it was her birthday today. Mom was not surprised because she knew baby ladybird was very excited to invite all the garden insects to her birthday party. "Hey ! Mom please bake me the sweetest cake ever for my birthday" baby ladybird said. Then she flew out to invite all the insects she met in her pretty garden.

In the evening all the insects joined her for her birthday party. Mr.Mosquito brought blood , Bimby the bee brought the sweetest honey, Homi the house fly brought left over food particles, Crammy the cockroach gifted her with biscuits, Amy ant got a lump of sugar, Becky the butterfly brought some flower nectar. All were dancing and having fun. Finally mom announced that it was time to cut the cake. As baby ladybird was about to cut the cake suddenly Spooky the spider spun a huge web and trapped all the insects.

Everyone was frightened and started yelling "Help, help". Baby ladybird gathered courage and asked Mr.Spooky "Sir why have you trapped us in your sticky web". Spooky spoke in his angry voice "Why did you forget to invite me? How dare you think of having fun without me. Now I shall eat each one of you". Hearing this everyone started crying and yelling.

Baby ladybird suddenly had an idea. She picked up a big piece of the cake her mom had baked and threw it straight in Mr.Spooky's mouth. As soon as Spooky tasted the cake he forgot all his anger. He released all the insects and started enjoying the birthday party with all.
