Bond Between A Brother And Sister

This story is of a brother and sister named Ritwik and Ritika. Ritwik is 5 years older than Ritika. Both of them study in the same school, St.Anthony's. Ritwik is in class 10 while his sister is in class 5.

The story begins on the result day of the half-yearly exams of the school. After getting their report cards both the brother-sister duo began to go home in their auto. Ritwik asked Ritu(as Ritika is affectionately called) to show her progress card. She had done well in all the subjects except in Maths.

When they reached home their parents saw their report cards. Ritwik assured his parents that he would guide Ritu in maths and she would score well in finals. From that day on he would give 2 hours in the evening everyday and teach Ritu maths, despite his board exams. Ritu also would learn happily from her brother.

Finally, it was time for the finals. Both the siblings went and gave their papers with confidence. And the result was as expected. Ritu scored 90% marks in aggregate, but in Maths she scored 99. Ritwik also did well in his board exams and featured in the merit list of the school.

This was thus a simple yet loving story about a brother and his sister in which a brother helps his sister in her studies despite his own 10th board exams. In conclusion, the bond of a brother and sister is unique and is beyond words.
