An Ode To Diwali...

From seeing you grow up eagerly looking with watering mouth at the sweets your mother was preparing to fight with your cousins, Karishma and Rahul; from seeing you look at the dresses of aunt D'sSouza with awe to smiling ear to ear when grandpa gave you 100 rupees notes and the glee on your face while bursting crackers and that sense of enlightenment whilst teaching your younger sibling and cousins how to make rangoli to that pride you had when everyone praised you for painting such glamorous diyas and of course me.
