A Story To Erudite

A person by name " Teacher" was a teacher by profession. He had an excellent command over his subject. Still, he wasn't able to reach out to his students.

One day, he met a sage and requested for help that will enable him to develop his teaching skill. The sage cantillated three mantras...

"SUPPORT, don't SHAME",

" MODEL, don't MANIPULATE"

" LISTEN, don't LECTURE".

The sage asked him to practice these mantras while dealing with his students to evolve and erudite himself. So he did. His students loved him and transformed into disciplined disciples and thus, the Teacher became Guru.
