No ..you aren't the sunlight for my darkness,

You aren't the one who was in my thoughts 

You aren't that one where I saw my universe

You are never my shadow

You are that shadow who has faded

I saw him lying with a stretched hand

His eyes were red, his lips were wet

He was dressed with blood

He was in pain

He closed his eyes as I took him in my lap

His red tongue turned white

His warm body slowly turned cold

He said adios from his eyes

He rested peacefully, leaving me dead alive

I saw people avoiding and eventually leaving

But it never hurts now like how it was hurting earlier.

My wet eyes dried up

My aches are reducing

It's like sunrise but I am still waiting for moonlight, I have been raised in darkness

Many warm days has turned me cold now

When it is cold now it has turned dark and this darkness has scared me, yet I am living in this darkness with fear.

People still ask me why I live in darkness?
