Time flies

Like a cozy breeze.

You wish to

But you cannot freeze.

I lay my head

on my Grandpa’s chair,

I remember him saying

“We should not despair.”

Time flies

like a bird in the sky.

Goes too soon

in the blink of an eye.

I found love at a corner

in the photographs,

how nostalgic it was

to see our belly laugh.

Time flies when you’re having fun

Oh! It cannot be twined.

Time flies over us

But leaves it’s shadow behind.
