The South Park Street Cemetery

Where the dead lay calm, 

Cherishing under their shrouds, 

The living moves alarmed, 

In search of relaxing grounds. 

As far as the sight goes, 

The tombs stood tall and peaceful, 

For the humans created a ruckus, 

In the serenest of the magnitudes. 

Let me relax, 

And rest my sight for a while, 

For I have found a place, 

Where I can live once I die.
