The Lost Bit

The Lost Bit

In the past memory linings

In the shades of the timing,

In the vendors of the loud,

In the cheers of the crowd.

Through the passage of falling tears,

With emotions wrapped under fears,

My eyes waited for you,

It's the charisma created by you.

It was an irony how we met, how we bind,

How ironically you set on the canvas of my mind,

How we explored the things by our own,

How we dealt with the odds of comfort zone,

How you replied in an elegant tone,

Those feelings are hidden can’t be shown.

Now we are separated in a different way,

Feelings are rushed and nothing to say,

The time glided like a bay,

I was the sinner, I must pay.

Promises turned into hurting lies,

Smiles took the shape of silent cries,

It must end, it must die,

Painfully I heard just a goodbye.

Mind said let her go, let her enjoy,

Mind said let her find, her own guy,

Who could love her, who could feed her,

But the heart said again, I just need her.
