The Feeling At Teen
The Feeling At Teen
When emotions are high
And mood swings are common
When there's always some parties and rock on's
When most of the school hours you spend in canteen
And when your peers become your twins
Then this is the age... yes this is the age you turned teen
When your mind becomes mature,
Mature to judge your school, teachers
And parents
When a small word of your father's scolding stuck to your heart for days
And when the philosopher, the critics and the politician are all on strike
Inside you
Making you process everything critically, politically and philosophically.
Then this is the age....... yes this is the age you turned teen.
When it makes you feel isolated,
That your opinion does not have a place in your house
And your mom's belief that you are no more than a small mouse
Then teachers scoldings and punishments becomes just an another joke from a famous comedian.
And when you become a small encylopedia
Knowing each and every gate
Which helps you when you reach the school late
Then this is the age.... yes this the age you turned teen.
When your ear range turns myopic
So much that you can rhyme the song coming from miles
But can't rhyme the song what your teachers sings in front of you in class
Then this the age.... yes this the age you turned teen.
