The Climb

So many tries and fails

I had to keep my head up, prevail

Couldn't let the bad days

Mess up the good

I had to learn and then I understood

You must try and try until you succeed

It's like working your way up to a tree

You climb and climb until you reach the top

And in the end, you know you tried, you fought

And you did it, you knew that you'd win it

It's the matter of not giving up

Even when the going gets tough
