Moonlight

So bright

So heavenly

My fainting delight

Moonlight

The skies cradled tight

My souls campsite

Stars smiling in the dark

Clouds stopping at their mark

This universal journey I embark

Sun wraps his arms around the moon

Feeling his warmth floating like a balloon

She feels empowered she feels anew

The yin and Yang

He lifts her up her body lays

Presence of lightening seeking attention , self praise

The mystique of the darkness night

Like a small child hiding in fright

This ghost of deadly evil light

The wind dancing around hugging all it sees

Suddenly jolted forward from a small sneeze

Embarrassed she calms in her light gentle breeze

The grass waving hello from below

Bending and breaking going with the flow

Giggling and twinkling from the moons bright glow

Ants eyes growing weary from a hard day at work

Marching to their beds tomorrow begins like clockwork

Predators sniffing and stop to lurk

The sun kisses the moon goodbye

For now it’s his time to rise

A beautiful blue blanket tucking her in as the cotton like white clouds colonize

Nature is such a beautiful thing

Earths round wedding ring

It tugs at my souls bird like wing

Such a magical hidden place

My altar my sacred space

My inner being I breathe let go and embrace
