I am alive

But I feel dead

Half alive inside

And outside half dead...

Don't want to live

But longing to die

I am alive

Or am I dead?

When I want to live

I prefer death...

People who see me

See me happy externally

But internally I'm breaking

That no one can see...

Mind is running

Heartbeat is reducing

Thoughts prevailing

Life is sinking...

Should I cry out loud

Or silently let my tears dry

Tired of faking a laugh
