Self Exploration
Self Exploration

Sitting over the terrace,
Gazing at starry sky
A thought so protruding
Questioned my existence.
Who am I really??
What is my purpose in life?
Craving for answers that
Would appease my soul.
Those seconds turned into minutes
Later into hours; after hours
Of ineffectual searches which exercised
Whole brain cells up to that extent
My brain saturated with enervation
Braking the eerie silence
Whispered a soft voice from nowhere
As if my soul wanted to connect me
To let me aware of myself
To free my mind from the
Cobwebs of self doubt and diffidence
“You are not born to compete
Others, rather to compete
Yourself to grow much stronger
Than you ever desire by braking
All barriers and prejudices.
You are among many souls
But you are the unique one
That always strives for excellence
Who is born to shower positivity
To help those who are going through
Dark phase of life by being a support.
To bestow your family with all
The luxury of life forever.
Never let your faith quiver
Even in dint of tribulations.”
Turned around to notice none
Thought it to be end of the search
Till I come up with the same questions
Years after years with more revelations.
