Quarantine

Quarantine

My bones have become porous

my mind currently a tennis court

Sin and virtue, the players

Sin at an advantage.

The heart has already given up

and my brain stuck

in SWOT analysis.

A storm raging inside;

The devil's advocate

makes it all in his favour

Karma on a rescue mission

still on the way

My body under quarantine

due to a threat of an antibody:

The SIN.

The platelets, good deeds, dropping

and evil raging like fire

will burn me eventually like an Inferno.

The soul finally awakens

from its eternal sleep:

A good deed in the past

saved the day.

Karma as usual late,

but managed to telegram on time.

Virtue won by a point

and body sent to ICU for recovery.

In the end, curfew lifted

And peace restored

Good won over bad.
