Why have your water turned red?

Why have you lost charm to lead?

Why people got involved in hate campaign?

You had peaceful reign

 

You have seen old civilization

That was beginning of new nation

Two oceans made great water way

With forceful bearing on economy and stay

 

Despite having old glorious link

Why nation had to sink?

And stand at low ebb

Was it intended stab?

 

I flow with sad commentary

As I have seen it already

People have been uprooted

And forcibly looted

 

Restore old pride

And don’t hide

Once you were proud nation
