Piggybank Speaks
Piggybank Speaks
A fat little pig
Standing on shack above
Glimpsing and a smile
So cunning,
Today is the day
To be fed with a penny.
I am the chest
Of this little girl Flaunting
Her blond hair, short
Above the shoulder
Who keeps me all cuddled.
And the weekly elation
On the day of her pocket money
Distribution,
An earning she caressed
With her smile
So full of joy
Every a 10 rupees coin
Would by her wishes, wings to fly.
I am the banker
Said it again
An inception to a huge
Savings account,
You break me
only when in need
To sow your future's seed.
And yet this day
I was honored
No more an accountant
But trash of shattered parts.
The little girl,
Grew up to unfurl
With yet a new bank
Standing at the edges
Now which was her own earned
Gulped deep down
to its stomach bed.
