My Friend
My Friend
From the day that I knew you,
Your heart was pure and kind;
Your grin was sweet and honest,
Your mind was very much refined.
The radiance in your eyes was sharp,
Your fellowship quick and genuine;
Delicate words were your ideals,
What's more, humor your allure.
We grew as companions together,
We snickered and shared our fantasies;
En route pulverize or two,
Went unrevealed, it appears.
As years moved on, our ways were part,
Our streets went isolate ways;
We every sought after our interests,
That involved our days.
We before long overlooked our energetic euphoria,
Of delicate lighthearted years;
We didn't talk or stay in contact,
All through life's agony and tears.
At that point my breaking point came,
What's more, attempted me to my center;
To spare my heart from destroy,
I shut and bolted the entryway.
At that point out of each no place,
With exact coordinated signal;
An old commonplace grin,
Came gradually into view.
Albeit much time was no more,
What's more, incredible destiny long cast;
Maybe we hadn't missed,
A second of the past.
You tuned in with mindful consideration,
What's more, consoled my psyche;
That cherishing hearts are as yet alive,
With reason and plan.
Somewhere inside I've bolted way,
Feelings yet untold;
Over the long haul, and bonds become solid,
They will all unfurl.
So thank you, companion, for such devotion towards me,
To exhibit your affection;
It's amazingly, one more gift that,
I'm undeserving of.
