My First Time

Back in the courtyard

I sat alone and cried,

I was in class 1.

Back in the playground

I sat alone and wept,

I was in class 2.

Back in the school compound

I sat alone and sobbed,

I was in class 3.

Back in my room

under the table

I sat alone and wailed,

I was in class 4.

I came home 

went straight to the Loo

I sat alone and Whined,

I was in class 5.

Back on the last bench

I sat alone and Squalled,

I was in class 6.

Back in the graveyard

I sat alone and cried,

I was in class 7.

Back in the park

I sat alone and wept,

I was in class 8.

Back at my uncle's house

I sat alone and sobbed,

I was in class 9.

Back in my bed 

Under the blanket,

I clinched my pillow

Held my breath 

And silently wept,

I was still in class 9.

Back at the mountain top

I sat and cried,

I was no longer alone

Pen and Paper 

Were my newly found friends,

I was still in class 9.
