My Dream Vacation

It's the day I've been waiting for

For months and weeks and days

Now, finally, it is time

For me to fly away

I've got my suitcase packed and ready

My passport is in my bag

Soon I'll be stepping out of my house

And quickly hail a cab

Once I've reached the airport

I'll soon take a flight

Arrive at the beautiful city

And see each one of the sights

I'll be sitting at the beach

Enjoying myself

Escape from all work

And all the stress

Spend a day at the spa

Take a dip in the pool

Sleep all day

No worries, no school

Taste every ice cream flavor

Have breakfast in bed

Forget every thing I learned

Or what mom ever said

I'll spend hours in the mall

Certainly plenty of time

I'll buy everything I can

Spend every last dime

I'll have the time of my life

I'll have heaps of fun

I'll treasure all the days
