My Dear Friend

Everyone knows we are besties and yes it is true.

When I am in the dark she brings me light

When I lose all hope she encourages me to fight

She picks me up when I am down

And never ever lets me mournfight

She is the one who relieves me of my pain

She believes in me and never sees her gain

Yet I know one day we have to say goodbye

But that's how life is I hope she knows.

There will be millions of others who I will meet me on my way

But I know she will be my best friend till the very end
