The only paper that's never been,

Found in the garbage bin.

Considered lucky if its found,

Lying casually around.

Comes like turtle and goes like rabbit.

Always burning holes in pocket.

Miser's love and neighbour's envy.

Very sorrowful its loss can be.

Forever earned but always scarce.

Root of work, politics and wars.

Makes people beg, borrow, steal,

Plunder, bootlick even kill.

Source of our daily bread,

Luxurious life and comforting bed.

Needed for the bill and rent.

Rarely earned and always spent.

Gets us bread, butter and honey.

Everyone sings SHOW ME THE MONEY.
