Language Of Silence

Language Of Silence

When I was a kid,

Silence was hope,

It followed a long scolding,

Giving mom's hug some scope.

As a teenager,

Silence was sadness,

So, my sister and I,

Fought and laughed like madness.

When in love,

Silence was enchanting,

Eyes spoke,

What hearts were thinking.

Then marriage happened,

Silence became angry mind's tool,

Innocent little fights helped,

Resolve it with cool.

Now I am a mother,

Silence is a lesson,

To calm out my anger,

And teach him through reason.
