Journey Of A Thought

From a long time now, I have this notion,

Behind this notion there is a strong emotion.

I have seen the signs of it in so many dreams,

Where my soul is traveling in a river, full of beautiful scenes.

Everytime I wake up, I have this desire to run.

Leave my daily routines, responsibilities and to just have fun.

My journey is not bound to a city, region or nation,

The goal is to go for the moon, Sun and the entire constellation.

May be I will take a road less traveled, or the one clogged by a bad traffic jam,

But I know once I start my journey, I will feel calm.

Desert, plain, mountain or beach, doesn't matter I am comfortable with each.

I am not imagining a hippie life, not trying to be a wanderlust,

I just want to go out there, see and feel, to quench my emotional thirst.

For the goal is to travel, no matter the destination.

As the journey should be never ending is my notion.
