I’m A Doll
I’m A Doll
I’m a doll soft and cute;
I can’t sing, I can’t play the flute,
I can’t walk, I can’t dance;
Through the living room, I glance.
The puppy comes and nibbles me,
It bites and pulls and barks on me;
It sometimes tries to play with me,
But with no response it goes away.
The little girl combs my hair
And dresses me up with much care;
She hugs me and cuddles;
With me she blows bubbles.
Everybody loves to play with me:
The puppy, the girl; don’t you see?
Can you guess why I’m loved so?
It’s because I’m a doll soft and cute.
