High & Dry

He never invested tears,

In front of dead bodies,

Not because he is rock hearted,

Or cursed,

He respected death,

He admired this hardest journey between life and death,

When the journey comes to end,

The passenger has to get relieved from the anxiety,

He believes it,

He smiles at dead bodies,

And supports the last rites of unidentified ones,

But he never cried,

His soul is filled with unsold tears,

While people call him high & dry.
