Hi, yes, you can do a lot for your own life and good health,
You can have daily plans, get up in the early mornings first,
Morning duties, physical exercise, breakfast and start to work
Duty is first, you study or work, daily routines are good habits!
Eat three meals a day or eat when you feel hungry thrice a day
No snacks or junk food between meals, you drink plenty of water
Regular healthy food with a few vegetables, leaves and fruits.
No smoking, alcoholic drinks or hard drugs, you can live longer!
You work to earn your own bread and relax with a few hobbies.
Love your parents, family, kids and friends for sports and games
Be kind to neighbours and all people around you for a happy life!
While working you save money for rainy days or keep safe.
Knowledge is strength; time is gold, no wasting of time or money!
Life is short, make it worth living, you like it or not, time passes fast
Make others happy as you meet them, enjoy every day and minute
Plan your time, spend it more with family and enjoy life fully well?
