Hauntings

I hold within me

A beating creature

With dark red rings

Of unnamed feelings

Which I myself cannot see.

As ages go by,

And the new places ago,

Precious people I meet,

The layers keep growing

When I laugh and cry.

But as it unravels itself

My curiosity asks me to explore

That make me overwhelm myself.

I also hold within me

A jar of secrets

Which blends inside me;

Like a ghost you stay there

Haunting and making me sob and glee.
