Good Days Are Back

The wait will be over, and, the campus will resound,

With voices soaking in the camerderie,

As students will meet once again to study, laugh, play, and romance,

As they once did in their recent past,

Their future lies around their colleges, their dreams, their careers, 

For them, it is the sun, around which their lives revolve now, together,

They once again want their lives back, so together,

They wait for that eventful day, when gates of their universe will reopen, 

So their lives will be back on tracks,

Where they all will meet, to restart their kinship,

As they missed each other, during the period of lockdown in their lives,

You can see the hope in their eyes,

As they wait in eagerness, you can see their smile once again

As they wait for their classes to begin, to play pranks,

To emerge from the shadows, into the light,

Together they take a vow, to always fight, any intruder in their lives,

Which will disturb them in the future.
