God's Work

It is in moments of absolute hopelessness,

That God finds reasons to give you hope.

He let's you know that life is worth giving another try,

It is worth living one day more.

He sees you from the windows of the sky

And keeps a count of your failures and tries.

And when it gets too much for you,

He whispers in the ears of an angel,

To soothe your pain and your suffering too.

The smallest gestures that you take for granted,

Are actual blessings in disguise,

I hope you understand His ways,

I hope that you know He is by your side.

Don't wage wars with Him,

Don't stop trying,

I promise you, He will turn every tear shed by you

Into drops of sunshine.

And every dark day faced by you,

Will turn into the skies you wish to see in the future for you.
