Family an emotion
Family an emotion
From the moment we step in
With cries and tantrums at the shin
Our mom cuddles us to sleep
While dad begins with us to weep.
The aroma of a sweet family
Enveloped by bricks partly
As we grew, cementing all our desire
Thinking our family was only a misfire!
That bud so naive
Everything the parents gave
Our demands were their priorities
From their sweat yielded our future,
In vicinity.
Busy with our dreams to fulfill
We forget to look back at their will
Though they nurtured their plants
With nothing in return,
But still hope, that we someday turn.
For Building our own fort
We Still need our dad's escort
When done, amnestic of the old bricks
And cement,
Leaving our parents to lament.
Is the fort our families now?
Where wince of the grey hair
Is unheard somehow.
The respect and love is dismissed
The monetary wealth is only kissed.
Parents are not Only our responsibility
But are Those we can shed our tears to
during our life's calamity,
We can't mortgage their wrinkled cheeks
And forlorn eyes,
Instead, sweep their hands between ours
And listen to their advice.
