EVENING WALK

EVENING WALK

1 min
199

It was evening when I went out,

to see what the world looks all about.

The sun was setting up in the sky,

the birds were returning from the high.

People were coming back to home,

lights of streets were turning on.

It was turning dark all around,

  birds were making fluttering sounds.

Cold winds were blowing here and there,

the rustling sounds of trees made me fear.

Everyone had a smile on face,

as if they did their work with ease.

The walk refreshed all my mood,

I did not even feel the need of food.

Even today if I am down,

I can feel the refreshing sounds.

The fluttering wings and rustling leaves,

stored this evening walk for forever in my  memories.
