End Of The Queue

End Of The Queue

Sometimes, we knew:

We made a mistake.

We knew,

We kept it at stake.

It all happened in a hurry,

Everything became blurry.

Don't let it take over you,

It only brought between me and you.

Ought to have it cleared,

But, all I did, was feared.

Fear of the breakdown,

Fear of the harsh frown,

Fear of getting rejected,

Fear of getting my thoughts dissected.

Should I get alone, or along?

Fear of it all, getting beyond.

Were "they" hiding, or were you?

The fear of getting left behind, at the End of the queue.
