I left my bliss

& hit a rough road

I have something new to onboard

I used to have a common space

Now in a new city for that old chase

Something I dreamt years back

Is now something I only have

Eyes went red but I stayed strong 

Cuz this sacrifice will never go wrong 

I felt like a bride this time

Going to a fresh place to shine

I left something and I got some

It's my time to walk alone, leaving the thumb
