A Walk In Time

Take a trip down the road

The sun will shine

But is you have the will

The. Walk down still.

And I moved on

The sun was so strong

But I went on with a song.

I walked on for a few yards

But it seems to be miles

My skin was now burning

And thirst was just thriving.

My pink face is seen by all

Gave you a blush

But was actually not true

For If you really knew

What I was going through.

My heartbeat sprang up

Oases down the road too

I ran towards them

But they ran from me too.

I wonder why they did that

I I would not harm them

But sad is it could be

As you can see

It was just an illusion.

An hour or two had passed

Till I got to see the grass

Of my front yard

With which I took a good grasp.

I was now relieved

To be on the lawn

And under the shadow

Of the big wide bon.

My face now cooled down

Heartbeat slow

The feeling of energy

Now slowly began to grow.

It lifted my head up

And took a walk inside

And flop on my bed

I close my eyes

And went to bed.
