A Walk By The Sea

She’s known for her serene and tranquil psyche,

But the inner tempests and squalls, she hides.

She has quenched many thirsts and nurtured many kin.

But yet, she remains hollow within.

Those howling gales try to frighten her soul.

But she’s endured many cyclones and typhoons whole.

Many have enjoyed her company on cold full moon nights.

But abandoned her, on the sight of eclipse and twilight.
