A foe we all must face
A foe we all must face
The enemy, a foe we all must face,
With cunning tactics and a heart misplaced,
A challenger to our inner peace,
A threat to our hopes and dreams, released.
They may come in the guise of a friend,
But their intentions are hard to comprehend,
Their words are laced with venom and hate,
Their actions often cause us to berate.
They seek to harm and tear us down,
To rob us of our joy and make us frown,
To crush our spirit and steal our light,
To leave us feeling helpless and in fright.
But we must not let them win,
For in our strength, we shall begin,
To rise above their cruel ways,
And let our kindness pave the way.
We must confront them with courage and grace,
And not let them dictate our place,
For in our unity, we shall stand,
And the enemy's power will be unmanned.
Let us not be consumed by their hate,
But rather, let us love and celebrate,
For it is in our kindness and compassion,
That we shall overcome the enemy's passion.
So, let us face the enemy with bravery and might,
And let our love shine forth with great delight,
For in the end, it is love that will prevail,
And the enemy's power will ultimately fail.
