A Dream Come True
A Dream Come True
The roads are wide with flyovers high
With places for animals also to pass by
Women at night with no fear of rape
Clearly shows my nation takes its shape
With monsoon, summer, autumn, and winter
The seasons move in succession
In the wake of grown trees, the fresh air lingers
And no protests and procession
No beggars found nor disturbed mind
Everyone sells and buys some good
The graves and places of worship bind
And lands of no toxic food
The rich do combine for a league
Bidding villages in a bad state
A village premier League
Where needs are fulfilled
No drought no problems of fatigue
They rewrite the slums' fate...
With jobs everywhere
And women progress fair
No fetus killed nor gender hidden
All taboos of backward thoughts were ridden
Through education turned my country great
Changed is my nation changed is its fate...
As Kalam dreamt will I dream
My nation will shine with its strongest beam.
