Being your Daughter,

A cherished gift from the Creator,

Who blessed me in your arms,

To bloom in your love and warmth

Your affection is never replaceable,

Nor is it ever superficial,

No distinction for a son or daughter in between,

You brought me up with equal esteem.

Dad! A backbone for keeping me strong,

Mom! An emotional supporter all along,

Loving Mom and Caring Dad is a bliss,

Summing it up in a few words is mere injustice.

My wish and prayer to Almighty,

You be looked after with kindness and mercy,

Being together is a reward in this world,

Joining us in the hereafter is a sure success in the eternal world.
