I’m Sakina, or Akira, or just F2L, short for Fantasies to Legacies. I’m 19. I write. I do terrible singing. I paint sometimes. I notice things most people skip over, like the way someone’s voice trembles when they pretend they’re fine. And I keep it. I keep it in poems, in songs, in stories. Writing isn’t just my thing... it’s my place. I’ve poured myself into over 700 poems, also lost a few, 111+ songs, lost a few of em' too, and a handful of short stories that carry more of me than I’ll ever say in person. Some came from joy, some from nights I cried into my pillow. All of them are honest. I’ve published two poetry collections: • Seventy-Two Lyrical Legacies — the first time I felt heard on paper. • Fantasies-to-Legacies — my way of saying, I’m still here. Still dreaming. And I'm working on another Poetry collection! Coming soon! I’ve been part of 60+ anthologies, earned 150+ literature certificates, and once saw my name among the Top 70 out of 60,000 writers. I didn’t scream. I didn’t post a brag. I just smiled quietly, like the universe was telling me, keep going. And... I have this dream. I wanna make a club, more like a community for people like us… the ones who don’t fit in easily. We’ll meet for open mics, maybe wherever and whenever we find a space. The ones who’ve sat in crowded rooms feeling completely alone... they’ll get it. They’ll stay. They’ll say, finally… someone speaks like I feel. Because I don’t talk to pass time. I talk to feel seen. To turn pain into language. To find meaning in the things people hide. I don’t care about headlines or small talk. I care about the thoughts you’re scared to say out loud. The ones that ache behind your smile. Maybe that’s why I feel like an outcast sometimes. Like I speak in waves when everyone else prefers ripples. But the right ones... my ones... will hear me. For anyone who’s ever asked, Am I the only one? No. You’re not. I was waiting for you. Read less
