Aditi Handa
Since 2013, Chef Aditi Handa has spearheaded the sourdough bread narrative in India. When she started The Baker’s Dozen in 2013, her idea was clear - to draw the attention back to the age-old goodness of sourdough bread and put it on every dining table as an essential commodity.
Aditi always had the vision to train people herself rather than hiring experts. She has trained many people in the span of 7 years who are currently working at a higher position for the brand irrespective of their educational qualifications and background.
Sneh Jain
The Baker’s Dozen’s Founder, Sneh Jain a.k.a Croissant Loafer had chalked out a detailed plan well in advance on how he wants his professional journey to look like. In the 11th grade, he had made up his mind to do an MBA from IIM. Passing out as a school, Sneh worked with McKinsey and Co. on projects all over the world and was living it up as a high flying consultant. However, being a Marwadi, a few years down the line, the itch to start his own business kicked in and The Baker’s Dozen was born!
