I do not know Who are they Who brought me to this world And left me all alone To fight a lone battle Under the scorching heat of sun And shower of tears. I do not know What a mother is And a father all about I am far away from the touch of Human relationships The lovely bondage of family And all those that make life A beauty on earth. Sometimes, l look at them Their fascinating world And lovely gadgets The ocean of love That bathes them Every now and then I see How carefree and jubilant They are. Completely lost In the perennial stream of love And delicate care Dreaming and dreaming all the way For a still better tomorrow to come by. I never envy Nor do I regret The lost childhood Father's shadow and mother's lap All I need and fancy is A bit of your love A bit of your affection And a bit of everything you have For kids of your own To grow and develop And make life more bearable On this brutal earth.
