Oh... Its Monday Again

Oh, its Monday again,

The weekend was a heaven,

No work, no pressure and no pain.

I feel I am still tired,

But If I don't go to the office, I will be fired.

I am worried, as the credit card has expired.

So, I have to work until I get retired.

When I joined the office, work was fun,

But now it feels like I am done.

Does this mean I am not capable to work,

But I believe that I am not a jerk.

Then what is the reason I am not interested to work,

Maybe I am not satisfied with the firm or maybe no promotion because of my bad luck.

It's not about only promotion and money,

It's not always about the hike in salary.

I want my emotions to be considered,

I want my thoughts to be respected,

I want my strengths to be appreciated,

I want my weakness to be trained,

I want my feelings to be understood.

If such is the environment of the office,

My work and interest would just be flawless,

And the company where such employees work will never be in losses.
