Water

You clean impurities,

You are the essence of rivers,

You are home to the largest beings  

You connect the Mighty Mountains and the Expansive Seas

You give your color to our dear Earth

You are the jewel in the crown of mighty Gods,

You are the sustainer of us Living Things - the elixir of life

Probably the pride of Solar System even!

But you do not get the respect you deserve...

You are wasted in every way.

You are filled with impurities.

You are exploited to the extreme limits!

Even when you are considered Holy!

You become the subject of wars.

You are dammed when you should be running free!

You are cornered by humans when you should be shared with all that is living.

How long will you exist this way?

Can you go on?

Is your supply unlimited?

Will your existence continue to eternity?

Or will you survive in pockets where you are respected?

Yes, exploitation must stop.

Lessons must be learnt

Water must be saved in every way

Water Binders – the trees should be left alone

Else the Elixir of Life will disappear for ever
