Hide And Seek

Giving upon you is hard for my toe 

"I would love to sail with you", says it 

But what about those taboos that I want to forfeit 

Adorable are those traditions that perpetuate the faith

But those judgemental eyes I always hate 

Hey, selfish half-me

Every gloomy you forget me to see

It feels like getting back to the village 

The "no electric zone" which at least doesn't question my mileage 

Am tired of this city lights 

I wanna enjoy those towny rides 

I still remember the way we stayed together in a joint family 

Plenty of friends I had whom I now see timely 

Under the restos dim light is where you dine 

I miss seeing your family sit together in nine 

Under those natural lights I lingered around with other shadows 

Now I hardly know anyone in the discos 

For me peace was when I lived in reality 

When people didn't point my socio-ability

That's why I seek for darkness 

At least there I won't feel any awkwardness 

That's why I seek for darkness 

At least there am not lost in fanciness 

That's why I seek for darkness 

Coz am accustomed to pureness 

That's why I seek for darkness 

Coz that's the only place left to flash the lost togetherness!

Am a mere shadow and still suffocate 

My humble request to you human to contemplate!
