The government seems headstrong

The common man seems to get it wrong

The government seems to think good

But a little hasty in execution

But the public has no time to brood

And a little boorish in reaction

Where is one nation, one belief;

Where is our freedom of expression?

The system seems firm as a rock

The common man is lurking in a shock

The nation seems to be divided

Deriding center of its decision

Its thoughts are only one-sided

Without any valid consultation

The system ignored the minority

Common man irate over the majority

The system has shown frivolity

Leaving the nation in anguish

Looks like we are so cut-off

Even under one nationality
