Tit for Tat

Once upon a time there lived a man named Oliver Smith. He lived in a town. He was a selfish man. One day someone's trolley was out of control. He was able to catch it easily. But he didn't help. At the same time, a little girl's balloon flew away. Oliver did not help her too. There came one of Oliver's friend. Named John. John helped the little girl. Oliver was very angry at him. So, he decided to never talk to him and his other friends. One day Oliver's brother came to visit him. Between their conversations, one of his brothers asked him. How many friends do you have? Oliver was very confused to answer this question. He did not want to tell his brothers that he has no friends. So, he answered that I have 30 to 40 friends. All of his brothers were shocked to know this. They were having a doubt. So, they asked can we meet them. Now Oliver was building up stories. His brothers were sure that Oliver lied to them. They were very angry at him. They said angrily you lied to us. Now you are not our brother. Saying this they left Oliver's house. Many years passed. Oliver was very lonely. One day he got into big trouble. But there was no one to help him out. Then he remembered how he did not help others. And also his brothers. But he had lied to them. He was ashamed. There came a man who helped Oliver. For the first time, Oliver said a magic word (Thank you). Now he had learnt his lesson.

Moral - 1) You should never be selfish.                   2) You should never lie
