Three Sons

Once upon a time lived a fisherman. He had three sons, John, Jordi, and Josh. In that kingdom was no successor. The king made an announcement, “One with the finest pearls can grab the throne.”

 

One day the fisherman found some glowing pearls. He told to his sons “I have found some glowing pearls. Go to the palace, if any one of you is lucky enough then one of you can grab the throne. You all will go to the palace day by day .”

 

First was john, the laziest and the youngest one. On his way he came across a forest. He met an old lady. She asked him “Do you have some food”? He replied “No!”. She asked “what are you carrying so carefully in your bag. He told “just some coal” He carried on. On his way he hears a voice. He looks at his arm and sees an ant. The ant was begging for help. He ignored it and went on. When he reached the palace, the pearls turned into coal. John was kicked out of the palace.

Next was Jordi, the middle son and the meanest. He also met the old lady and the ant, he ignored them. He has nothing left in the hands and was also kicked out of the palace.

The next was josh, the oldest and the kindest one. He also met the old lady and ant. As being kind, he helped them both. As reward he got the help of the ant king. He showed the finest pearls.

He has another work to place rice and mustard in separate two bags. If one is in the wrong bag, he will be kicked out of the palace. He was thinking and called the ant king. The ant king called his army.

The ants placed rice and mustard in separate two bags. Josh was having a nap, when king entered the room, he saw that josh was having a nap and had finished his work. The king asked him “You have so much time that you finished your work and had time to take a nap.” Josh said “Your highness I have not done all of the work. It was the ants.” King asked, “what do you mean by ants?” Josh explained all the incidence that happened to him on his way to palace. The king laughed and told “All you got was for your kindness.”

Josh was now the king!
