The Twinkle And The Mysyerious Castle

Once upon a time, there lived a bird. The bird’s name was Twinkle. Twinkle lived with his mother, his father, and his two sisters. His Aunt Lucy lived in a castle, but Twinkle didn’t know where the castle was. Twinkle was seventeen years old. One hot summer’s day, Twinkle’s mother said to Twinkle,’’ Twinkle, you’ve been working very hard. How would you like a day to yourself?’’ ‘‘Yes please!’’ Twinkle said happily. So Twinkle packed his bag and drove away. He drove to a part of the forest where he had never been before. He had a feeling that he was lost. ’’An exciting adventure is about to begin!’’ he whispered. He quietly tiptoed through the forest, following his flashlight, and then, right in front of him was a spooky castle with blood-red curtains and some creepy vines that crawled along the castle walls.

Twinkle tiptoed closer to the scary castle. Creeping closer, Twinkle tiptoed onto the wooden drawbridge and went inside. He walked down the long, dark hallway, seeing some spectacular paintings on the way. Twinkle looked at his watch and whispered, ‘‘It’s long past my bedtime. I should have my shower.’’ He walked down the hallway even further. Then, he saw a sign on the wall. It said ‘‘BATHROOM’’.Twinkle opened the door and he couldn’t believe his eyes! There in front of him was his Aunt Lucy in the bath! ‘‘Hello, darling!’’ Said Aunt Lucy.’‘Lello Lucy, I mean, hello Lucy!’’ I stammered.’’Oh hello, Twinkle.’’ Said Aunt Lucy. After Aunt L had got out of the shower, she asked,’‘ And have you had dinner yet?’’ ‘‘Ooh, not yet!’’ Said Twinkle excitedly.’‘Then, you can have dinner with me.’‘Said Aunt L. After they had dinner, Aunt L called Twinkle’s mum.’‘Twinkle, your mum said that you have to go home now.’’ ‘‘Okay, Aunt Lucy.’‘Said Twinkle politely.’‘Bye Aunt.’’ ‘‘Bye Twinkle.’’ Said Aunt Lucy back.

So Twinkle went back home. When he arrived home, his mum kissed him and greeted him.’‘Where have you been?’’ Asked his mum. So Twinkle told his mum where he had been. They celebrated Twinkle coming home by having an extra-large party and lived happily ever after.
