The Mistake

Once there were two friends, Nidhi and Meera. They were best friends and always used to play together. One day Nidhi got a toy train, it had railway tracks, two trains, trees, and a traffic signal. Nidhi was very excited to play with it, she set the railway tracks and the train and trees and the traffic signal properly. Suddenly, she heard her doorbell ring. When she opened the door it was Meera who had come to play with her. When Nidhi saw Meera she was really excited, she told her to come in and they both went into the room to play with the train. While Nidhi was setting the train on the rail tracks, Meera picked up the traffic signal to have a closer look at it. But, it fell down from her hands and broke. Meera was scared.

When Nidhi saw that she was really angry at Meera. "What have you done!" said Nidhi. "I am so sorry Nidhi I didn't mean to do that," said Meera. "Get out of my house right now, I will never forgive you !" Shouted Nidhi. Meera started crying and ran away from there. Nidhi also started crying for her broken toy. Nidhi's mother heard her cry and came to see what had happened."Why are you crying Nidhi?" Asked her mom. Nidhi told everything to her mom. Her mom said, "You remember last week you broke my favorite vase, I will also not forgive you for that." " Mom but I did it by mistake I didn't mean to do it." Explained Nidhi. "Exactly, that is what Meera did she didn't want to break your toy she did it by mistake." said mother. Nidhi understood her mistake and said sorry to her mom. She also forgave Meera and they became friends again. 

The moral of the story is: We should forgive those who accept and are sorry for their mistakes.
