Diya gazed at the blue button on her sweater with wonder in her eyes. The button was very proud to be on Diya's sweater. It seemed to know that it was more privileged than the other buttons on her other sweaters. Diya chuckled at it, as she tenderly touched its sparkling streak. She knew the button if anybody could get right inside it. She knew if anybody could get right inside the core of the button, strange and most spectacular sights would be visible.

The button was always shining bright and blue on Diya's grey coloured sweater, woven with the soft wool. The sweater had a collar too. The button was always shining bright and blue on Diya's grey colour sweater , woven with soft wool. This sweater had a collar too. The button seemed to rejoice at her touch.

It quivered a little on her first touch and then sat smugly between her forefinger and thumb . It imitated Diya as if enjoying the gentle touch of her tiny hands. It shone more brightly then.Diya spoke to it in monosyllables in which only the button or her mother could understand. She said 'phrrr'... loudly and sprayed it with her spittle which invariably came out of her lips. She knew the shy button wanted to speak to someone and if she kept trying to connect, it would open up.

One day as Diya was sitting in the sun with her grandmother,"yes Mars" the button continued, the one were 'Mangalyan' ha been sent from our country. Diya looked puzzled at the word 'Mangalyan'.The button quivered and whispered to her,"I am actually an imitation of the real blue planet. I like to call myself "The Earth".The real planet is like a tilted huge big ball! in the universe in which she was born. None of the planets in the universe has self-destructing humans like the Earth does.

It said "you humans belong to the Earth, but the Earth doesn't belong to anybody". So its the responsibility of every single human to protect the planet. Diya replied if we don't save the planet it wont save us. So from my side I'm going to plant more trees and reduce the usage of plastics.

The blue button shone even more brightly and feel relieved with Diya's words. It was proud to be the bright blue button of Diya's sweater.
